Steps to start production:
1. There are two options to get your mold done.
* Take an impression yourself, or do it at your local dentist.
* Make an appointment with a local dentist to get a 3D scan file of your teeth/tooth mold and email us the STL files.
2. Confirm the CAD design of your grillz and start production.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production time on Custom Grillz. Your personalized grillz takes time to craft and test, but when you're wearing it you'll know it was worth the wait.
* NO Refund for your Deposit once we provide you with a design and mock-up drawing.
* There are NO returns/cancellations on custom GRILLZ once in production.

- Easy 14-Day Returns: We accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in brand-new condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, Grillz cannot be returned. Custom or semi-custom pieces (e.g., custom sizes, stone changes, or other made-to-order requests) and solid gold items are final sale.
