Shipping policy

At ICEGIANT / theigt.com, we offer shipping for ready-to-ship jewelry, made-to-order products, and custom-made items, including custom grillz. Shipping time may vary depending on the product type, customization process, destination, shipping method, warehouse location, customs clearance, and carrier performance.
Important: This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly on www.theigt.com. If you purchase through an authorized reseller, marketplace, local channel, or third-party partner, that seller or platform may provide its own shipping policy.
1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. No minimum purchase or promotion code is required unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.
Although standard shipping may be free to the customer, shipping still has an actual cost to us. If an order is canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after shipping has been used, the original shipping cost may be non-refundable or deducted as described in our Return, Refund, Remake, and Repair Policy.
2. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time and shipping time are different.
- Processing time means the time needed to prepare, verify, customize, produce, pack, or dispatch your order.
- Shipping time means the estimated time after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
For ready-to-ship items, processing usually takes less time. For made-to-order or custom-made products, processing and production may take longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, product availability, production schedules, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Custom Grillz and Mold Kit Shipping
Custom grillz orders may involve multiple stages, including mold kit shipment, mold return, mold or fit review, design confirmation, CAD or mock-up review, production, quality control, and final shipment.
Mold Kit Shipping
If your custom grillz order includes a mold kit, the mold kit is usually dispatched after your order is processed. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
The mold kit is provided for customers to submit fit information for custom decorative jewelry production. ICEGIANT does not directly supervise, perform, or provide in-person guidance for the customer’s molding process.
Production Time
For custom grillz, production time does not begin when the order is placed. Production begins only after all required order details, usable mold materials, fit information, design approvals, CAD approvals, or other required information have been received and reviewed.
Typical custom grillz production time is approximately 3–4 weeks after the mold or fit information has been approved. More complex designs, material availability, revisions, holidays, or quality control checks may extend the timeline.
Final Grillz Shipment
After production and quality control are completed, your finished custom grillz will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Final delivery time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.
4. U.S. Shipping Options
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are generally:
- Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days after shipment, free for eligible orders.
- Express Shipping: 4–6 business days after shipment, available for an additional fee where offered.
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Weekend or holiday delivery is not guaranteed.
Express shipping covers faster carrier transit where available. It does not shorten custom production time, mold review time, design approval time, CAD work, or other order preparation steps.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to many countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Japan.
For other countries or regions, please contact us at support@theigt.com before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available.
Estimated international delivery times are generally:
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days after shipment for eligible countries.
- Express International Shipping: 6–8 business days after shipment where available.
- Other International Orders: Shipping may be available by DHL, FedEx, or another carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply.
International shipping timelines may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, import procedures, holidays, weather, and carrier delays.
6. Overseas Warehouse Shipments
Some products may ship from an overseas warehouse or production location. If your order ships from an overseas warehouse, this may add additional processing or transit time.
Depending on product availability and order type, your order may be shipped from different locations or in multiple packages.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains custom-made products, ready-to-ship products, mold kits, overweight items, or items shipping from different locations, we may ship your order in multiple packages.
Multiple shipments may be used to reduce waiting time or improve delivery efficiency. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different packages.
8. Order Status and Tracking
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.
Once your package is shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.
If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking email, please contact us at support@theigt.com with your order number.
9. Changing Shipping Address or Delivery Method
If you need to change your shipping address or delivery method after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@theigt.com.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, production, packing, or carrier handoff.
If a package has already been shipped or handed over to the carrier, rerouting may not be possible. If a carrier allows rerouting, additional fees may apply. A typical rerouting or address change surcharge may range from $20–$30, depending on the carrier and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
10. Express Shipping Delays
Express shipping refers to faster carrier transit after a package has shipped. It does not include production time, mold kit return time, mold review time, CAD work, design revisions, quality control, or other preparation steps.
For made-to-order and custom-made products, including custom grillz, processing and production may take several weeks before final shipment.
If you selected express shipping and your package has not arrived within the estimated transit period after shipment, please contact us and the carrier so the shipment status can be reviewed.
11. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Product prices and shipping fees displayed on our website do not include import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, excise duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country or local authority.
These charges are generally collected by customs authorities, postal services, or carriers upon import or delivery. We do not control these charges and cannot predict the amount.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs charges, handling fees, and any non-refundable product or production costs.
12. U.S. Sales Tax
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state or local tax laws.
Prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax unless expressly stated.
13. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, theft after delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect delivery scans caused by the carrier or customer-provided shipping information.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check with your household members, neighbors, building management, mailbox, front desk, local post office, or carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@theigt.com and contact the carrier as soon as possible. We will reasonably assist with carrier investigation or insurance claim support where available.
Depending on the shipping method, carrier investigation result, insurance coverage, and order type, we may be able to offer a replacement, repair, remake, store credit, refund, or other solution. Approval is not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
14. Returns, Exchanges, and Return Shipping
All returns, exchanges, repairs, remakes, and refunds are subject to our Return, Refund, Remake, and Repair Policy.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping service has been used, unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping or fulfillment error by us.
If your order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a shipping recovery fee may be deducted from an approved refund as described in our Return, Refund, Remake, and Repair Policy.
Return shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other return-related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.

- Shipping estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Custom products may require additional production, review, approval, or quality control time.
- We may split orders into multiple shipments where necessary.
- We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on our website.
