Product Information & Handcrafted Disclaimer

All products offered for sale on the Site are custom handcrafted based on your selected options, such as design, size, metal type, and diamond quality.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in craftsmanship, color, texture, and finish may occur between the product image on the Site and the actual item you receive. These variations are not defects but are unique characteristics of your personalized product.

We make every effort to display the colors and attributes of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

1. Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on an incorrect price.

2. Sales Tax (United States)
Prices displayed on the website do not include sales tax. In compliance with state laws, applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping destination. Currently, we collect sales tax for orders shipping to the states where we have a physical nexus or tax obligation. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

3. International Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
