At iCEGIANT, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create.

Our jewelry is made to last — and we want you to wear it with confidence every day.

We offer our Lifetime One-Time Guarantee for eligible non-custom jewelry, and specific warranty coverage for custom and grillz pieces.

 

1. Non-Custom Jewelry — Lifetime One-Time Guarantee

If your jewelry becomes damaged, fades, or breaks under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair or replacement of the piece.
If the same item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

Once a damaged item has been received at our workshop, it cannot be returned.

Service Fees

A small service fee will apply to cover handling, materials, and logistics.

Our team will confirm your warranty eligibility and the applicable service fee based on your item’s condition.

2. Custom Jewelry (Namepieces, Engraved or Personalized Items)

Custom jewelry is final sale, as each piece is made uniquely for you.
However, we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30-Day Quality Guarantee for manufacturing defects (not user damage).

  • If a defect occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
  • A handling and logistics fee will apply to cover shipping and processing costs.
  • After 30 days, repair services are available starting from $99, depending on the extent of the damage.

3. Custom Grillz — Fit & Adjustment Warranty

Each grillz piece is handcrafted for your unique mold.
We offer a 14-Day Fit & Adjustment Warranty from the date you receive your grillz.

  • You may report fitting issues or defects within 14 days of delivery.

  • One free adjustment is offered (excluding single/double caps and iced-out grillz).

  • Additional adjustments will incur a fee to cover mold kit replacement, shipping, and insurance.

Important Notes

  • Ensure accurate mold impressions are provided — poor-quality molds may delay production or incur additional charges.

  • Grillz should be removed while eating or sleeping and cleaned daily for longevity.

  • Any damage caused by misuse, improper care, or exposure to moisture is not covered.

 

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading due to chemicals or sweat)

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage caused by water or chemicals

  • Custom items beyond their guarantee period

  • Watches or apparel

 

5. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email support@theigt.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Our support team will assess whether your item qualifies under the warranty.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and confirm the applicable service fee.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll process the repair or replacement.
