I ordered grillz and was immediately contacted about my order to ensure I was sure about my purchase. I realized I bought the wrong grillz, so following up with customers saved me. I had ongoing conversations about my grillz for about 7 weeks, and then I received the grillz in the mail. The wait was worth it because they fit perfectly. I immediately bought another set. Received so many compliments.

I like them. They are stunning and exactly what I was hoping for. The process to get a molding done in the right was ambiguous and could have been made much MUCH more clear so by the time I was 6-7 weeks in I was frustrated and just wanted it done with. Because I rushed, the top bar does fit.

soooo for those of you getting a grill: make a mold of your top and bottom (this may make you gag really bad). take a picture of the mold to send to the designer. send the mold to the designer. then wait. I ordered in December and didn't have them until late march. again - they are nice, the bottoms don't fit well because I hated taking the mold of my mouth. I'm sure my 2nd round will go better if I decide to buy again.

Would recommend. Communication was great, able to directly address any concerns I had and responses were quick and clear. The quality of the products is 10/10 and feel and look great.

I thought the grill itself looked great — the design and shine are definitely eye-catching, and I’ve even gotten a few compliments while wearing it. However, the fit isn’t quite tight enough. The top piece tends to fall off when I talk or open my mouth, which makes it hard to wear confidently. It might work better for someone with a slightly different fit, but for me, it just wasn’t secure enough.
Also, the shopping process was a bit shaky. My order got held up in customs, which delayed the delivery more than I expected. Just something to keep in mind if you're ordering internationally.

I love love love the bottom bar. The top fit but positioned kinda weird. The wait time, shipping, and communication through text was wild. Overall I’m cool and if they sold the bottom bar separately I’d for sure buy again now that I know what to expect.
