This is where you call the shots and set your baseline. You need to lock down three core elements to define your look:
The Metal Base: Are we going for the heavy, premium weight of Real Gold, or the clean, versatile street flex of Sterling Silver?
The Stones: Pick your level of ice. We offer three distinct tiers of shine to match your aesthetic and budget. Go with Zircon for a sharp, clean entry-level glint; step up to Moissanite for that insane, blinding fire that punches way above its weight class; or opt for Lab Diamonds for ultimate, elite-tier prestige.
The Colorway: This dictates the entire mood of your grill. We typically craft our pieces in three classic finishes:

3. Know Your Budget

Phase 2: Placing the Order & Mastering the Impression Kit
You’ve locked in your design and hit the buy button on ICEGIANT. What’s next?
This is where our squad steps in. You aren’t just a random order number to us. Right after you place your order, a dedicated ICEGIANT grillz specialist will personally contact you. They will review your design details, answer any lingering questions, and prep you for the next step before your physical ICEGIANT Custom Impression Kit even leaves our facility.
Once the kit lands on your doorstep, it’s time to get to work. If the mold is messy, the grill will fit messy. If the mold is perfect, the final fit will feel like a second skin.
What’s Inside Your Kit?
4 Sets of Impression Putty: (4 Catalyst/4 Base). We give you double what you need just in case you mess up the first try.
4 Impression Trays: Two for the top teeth, two for the bottom.
Medical Gloves: To keep the process clean and hygienic.
A Cheek Retractor: Our secret weapon. A lot of people fail their molds because their lips get in the way. This tool safely pulls your cheeks and lips back, giving you a crystal-clear view in the mirror so you can align the tray perfectly.
Step-by-Step to a Flawless Mold:
[Mix Putty Fast] ➔ [Load Tray] ➔ [Press Firmly (Do Not Chew)] ➔ [Hold Perfectly Still]
①Prep Your Mouth: Brush your teeth, floss, and rinse. You want a clean slate. No food particles, no distractions.
②Mix the Putty Fast: Take one colored putty and one white putty. Mix them together with your hands, folding and kneading them until it turns into a completely solid, streak-free light blue color. Do this quickly (within 20–30 seconds) because dental putty hardens fast.
③Load the Tray: Roll the mixed putty into a log shape and place it smoothly into the mouth tray. Make sure it's slightly higher near the front to capture your gum line.
④The Press: Put on your cheek retractor, look in the mirror, and center the tray over your teeth. Push the tray straight up (for top teeth) or straight down (for bottom teeth). Do not bite down with your teeth—use your fingers to press the tray firmly. The putty must go all the way up past your teeth and cover your gum line.
⑤Don’t Move: Hold it perfectly still for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Do not talk, do not wiggle the tray, do not swallow constantly. Just chill.
⑥The Release: Gently wiggle the tray to break the suction and pull it straight out. Do NOT remove the putty from the plastic tray. Leave it exactly as it is.

Before you even think about heading to the post office, stop. Snap a few clear, high-resolution photos of your completed dental molds from multiple angles and send them directly to your assigned ICEGIANT grillz specialist to see if they are good to go.
Do not ship the kit back until your specialist gives you the official green light. If the mold needs a tweak, they will catch it instantly and have you use your backup putty, saving you weeks of back-and-forth shipping delays.
Phase 3: The Production Phase (Craft & Anticipation)
Once your assigned specialist approves your photos and your physical mold arrives at our master workshop, you enter the elite tier. You can sit back while our team does the heavy lifting:
1. Creating the Model & Framework
Our jewelers take your approved physical mold and pour a high-grade stone plaster into it, creating an exact, 1:1 replica of your mouth. From there, our designers hand-carve a precise framework directly onto your dental model, ensuring every tooth edge is perfectly accounted for.
2. Setting the Stones (If You Went Iced Out)
If you ordered a flooded, iced-out piece, this is where our master diamond setters spend hours under high-powered microscopes hand-setting every single stone into the metal. We ensure the prongs are tight, the alignment is flawless, and the iced surface feels like a smooth sheet of frozen water.
3. The Final Polish
Before your grill gets boxed up, it hits the high-speed polishing wheel. We buff out any microscopic imperfections until the gold or silver reflects like a mirror and the stones cut through the light like lasers.
The Timeline: Quality takes time. The entire hand-crafting and testing process typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks from the day we receive your perfect physical mold. Trust the process—elite craftsmanship cannot be rushed.

How to Fit Your New Grillz:
Clean them first: Rinse them gently with warm water.
The First Insert: Gently slide the grill over your teeth. It should snap or slide on with a snug, secure feeling.
The Adjustment: If it feels slightly loose or a little too tight, don’t panic. True custom grillz can be adjusted slightly. You can gently press the back walls of the grill inward or outward with your fingers to tweak the tightness.
Note: Never use tools, pliers, or metal objects to adjust them. Your fingers have more than enough power to make micro-adjustments without scratching the surface.
